Workshop Goals and Objectives

Negotiation Skills is an overview of the basic skills one needs to understand the dynamics of the negotiation process and how to master it.

Expected Outcomes

  • Understanding the technical terms
  • Practicing the body language and facial expressions needed
  • Successfully using specific negotiation techniques to achieve desired objectives

Description

Negotiation skills is something that in my opinion should be taught in elementary, junior high and high school given how crucial it is for success in life. The reality, however, is that most people's negotiation skills are woefully inadequate. The Wings for Growth Negotiation Skills Workshop attempts to address this shortcoming.

Brian Rogers is a long-time veteran of Wall Street and multiple high-level sales roles. He has successfully negotiated many large transactions including a $2bn mortgage transaction during the height of the financial crisis. Brian will teach you the basics of negotiation skills, how to combine that knowledge with strong presentation skills and use this new negotiating presence to gain more value in your life.
