Prior to creating WINGS for Growth, we did our own independent research on corporate, public, and private mentoring programs, and found the following gaps:

High potential women feel they have no opportunities for upward mobility
Millennials with strong academic backgrounds have yet to significantly experience mentoring
There is a lack of Outcome-based methodology, learning environments that are fully personalized to Mentee’s needs

WINGS focuses on mentee’s innate traits, skills they have already mastered and the behavior that teaches them to be authentic and transformational
WINGS will be using its proprietary evaluation process in conjunction with the client’s internal process to identify women who are ideal candidates for the WINGS mentoring program
WINGS helps you identify mentors who are senior business leaders, and then equip them with best practices, tools, and additional resources via its Mentor-the-Mentor program.
We help to identify leaders rather than just senior level earners/doers. We are inspiring women to not just look for a seat at the table, but create their own tables when needed.
WINGS schedules most of our program activities outside business hours
