Description
Seldom in professional life and leadership development do we encounter the idea of "moral." Yet, in a world of head-spinning change and cacophonies of voices, those able to discern right and wrong, those with moral vision and courage, will be able to stand apart, step ahead, and lead. In this workshop, participants will: 1. Gain an understanding of moral thinking; 2. Appreciate it in its own right and as a perspective for leadership; 3. Learn ways to cultivate moral sensitivity.

My professional life has spanned social service, academe, and Wall St. Now I serve as an advisor to individuals and families, guiding them to live life fully. Intellectually, I'm fascinated by how people evolve their sense of right and wrong and their ways of doing right and good. I earned my doctorate at Harvard studying moral development. Away from work and study, I'm an avid jogger, electric bassist, tai chi practitioner, and social entrepreneur. Oh, I'm also a doting grandparent!
