A WINGS’ Mentor Is…
While participating as a mentor in WINGS is voluntary, we are looking for committed and passionate women and men willing to enthusiastically support the development of women who aspire to be leaders.
Our mentors meet the following criteria to participate in the program

PROGRAM
EXPECTATIONS
- Commit to the full 10-month program engagements
- Meet once per week for the first 6-8 weeks and at least once per month thereafter
- Participate in the monthly check-in process in addition to meeting with his/her mentee
- Attend connectivity events to support mentees and the organization
- Actively provide feedback to project management team


WHAT WOULD SUCCESS LOOK LIKE FOR
A WINGS MENTOR
- Mentees feel confident about their career goals and they have clarity on how to be a better leader
- Mentors feel proud of affecting the demonstrable change in their mentees which is evident in WINGS framework
- They feel very satisfied with their contributions to not only their mentee’s development but society at large and continue their engagement at WINGS
- After completing the program, mentors feel that they are a better mentor
- Relationship with their mentees has been mutually beneficial
- They are able to recognize the potential and relate better to women employees in their team
- Valuable contributions to the program structure and methodology that helps in WINGS program evolution and growth
